Our website is powered by Shopify, and there are currently some compromises required to allow us to serve both our retail and trade customers using a single CMS.

 

By creating dedicated management behind the scenes we intend to improve the experience and ease of placing orders on the website for both groups of customers.

The new trade website is scheduled to launch on Sunday 2nd April  but with the seamless changeover, when you visit foxandchave.com you won't be surprised by any big bangs or streamers.

If you already place your orders online, you will be able to continue to do so in the normal way, with your order history preserved.

 

You will be required to confirm your account on receipt of an invitation email that will be sent to you on Wednesday 5th April. (See below for details)

ACTIVATING YOUR NEW TRADE ACCOUNT

We will be sending an email to all current trade account holders on Wednesday 5th April directly from the Shopify CMS inviting you to activate your new account. From that date you will be required to confirm your new account from the link in that email before you can place any further trade orders.

On clicking the 'Activate your Account' button in the invitation email you will be taken to a page on the new trade website to create a password. You can input your existing password or create a new one.

 

Then click the 'ACTIVATE ACCOUNT' button.

You must be logged in to your trade account before you can view the trade collections and place your orders. To log in, either click the link 'Trade login' from the Trade tab in the main menu at foxandchave.com or bookmark the new trade login page in your browser.
